The facilities were amazing! The spacious rooms were definitely a bonus. The staff were really friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were pleased to see they were willing to book safaris for us at Jim Corbett national park, which was a definite highlight. Another great bonus was that we were provided with a full buffet service even though we arrived late.

The staff were a bit too overbearing at times, and it felt like we were being watched constantly. We did experience some issues with the power and water, but the staff were quick to rectify it.
